Our Magnificent Bodies

Our magnificent bodies, even when diseased, can renew, regenerate, and rejuvenate through natural methods. If you know the cause, and remove the cause, you give your body the ability to renew and rejuvenate and the miracles of the body will be evident with vibrant health and disease reversal. It is astonishing to see what the body can do when you remove the cause of illness and give it what it needs.
Legally, only a medical doctor can claim to cure a disease. However, for all the drugs that are available, those drugs only treat symptoms. They don’t cure or reverse anything. There isn’t a chronic disease that I know of that can be cured or reversed by a drug. Further, cutting out organs is far from curing anything. The answer (the cure!) is in our own hands through body rejuvenation. To rejuvenate we must remove the cause and nourish and rebuild ourselves.
Our diet is the place to start. Diet impacts our day-to-day performance and decides whether or not we are regenerating or degenerating. When we take responsibility for our health and implement a deeply nourishing and effective diet, we begin the regeneration process. Our magnificent bodies are willing to respond to this at any age. The body not only wants to respond, I believe it enjoys it!
I launched my own natural cancer attack on breast cancer in January 2004. I was very successful in arresting the growth of the tumor through natural methods. I declined surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. I implemented some aggressive immunotherapy treatments and several detox programs. Although the growth of the tumor stopped, it remained in my body. As a holistic nutritional consultant I firmly believed that if I truly had removed the cause and supplied my body with high quality nourishment, then the tumor should dissolve itself. Granted, I was a bit impatient about it, but yet I knew something was missing. What cause had I not completely removed?
In September of 2004 I saw Doug Kaufmann on Know the Cause TV program for the first time. I immediately recognized the truth in the fungus link. I watched the show daily and I implemented what I learned. I read several of Doug’s books and came to believe, like Doug Kaufmann, that fungus may be the cause of every disease!
As a pregnant mom I went on the Phase Two diet as it is a bit more liberal with carbohydrates than the Phase One diet and may be more appropriate for pregnant and nursing moms. I took large amounts of Natren Probiotics, I put a Pionair air purification unit in my home, I took Mark Sisson’s Damage Control Master Formula and Proloftin for stress. The day the baby was born I started using Leilani’s Bliss Cream progesterone. The tumor was estrogen positive indicating my body was in an estrogen dominant state. I had learned from listening to Leilani on Know the Cause, and on her show, that Bliss was the answer for me. By May, the tumor had completely dissolved and remains gone. The missing link for me, was indeed the fungus link.
As a Nutritional Consultant I have been exposed to many diets. The one I see as most effective, as it addresses what could be the root of most disease – fungi - is Doug Kaufmann’s Phase One and Two diet. This is a diet low in foods contaminated by fungus. It allows our bodies to begin the regeneration process from the damaging effects of fungus. It removes the cause!
To begin the rejuvenation process, start with an anti-fungal program that includes Doug Kaufmann’s Phase One (or Phase Two) diet, and support it with anti-fungal remedies.
Step One - Starve The Fungi
Starve the fungi with the Phase One Diet (Initial Phase). Pregnant and nursing mothers should consider starting on the Phase Two Diet.
Sugar fuels the growth pattern for fungi. The Phase One diet is a low carbohydrate diet that dramatically cuts back on sugar that feeds fungi. Although carbohydrates are known to be fuel for the body, this is true only in a non-toxic individual. In a fungally-toxic individual it actually supresses energy.
The Phase One diet is also very low in mold/fungi infected foods and high in foods, such as vegetables which are known to carry out mycotoxins and inhibit their toxicity.
The Phase One diet is found in its entirety in any of Doug Kaufmann's books.
Step Two - Move Your Bowels
As fungi is killed inside your body, it is imperative that you move it out, and quickly. Psyllium hulls or slippery elm as a good source of fiber to carry out colon waste. Both are excellent choices.
Whichever method you choose, it is imperative that you replace the healthy bacteria found in the colon that is lost through the process of cleansing the colon. There is no better probiotic to accomplish this than Natren's Healthy Trinity/Trenev Trio. Remember not to take Healthy Trinity/Trenev Trio within two hours of taking psyillium, slippery elm, Oxy-Powder, antifungals, garlic, vitamin c, and some drugs. You can also try a new item that has great results called Oxy-Powder.
It is not recommended that you take anything that stimulates peristalsis such as cascara sagrada for the purpose of this antifungal program.
If constipation is a chronic problem for you, consider that a magnesium deficiency can be a cause of this.
Step Three - Repair the Damage
Repairing the oxidative damage is critical. Using a powerful free radical scavenger such as Pycnogenol or grape seed extract (see Seagate for Grape Seed Extract), will assist in this repair process.
Step Four - Kill the Fungus
Fungi can be killed with pharmaceutical drugs or natural remedies. Both work, although I am more partial to the natural antifungals. Drugs such as Nystatin, Lamisil, Nizoral, Diflucan, or Sporanax may work a little faster than natural choices. Your choice may depend on the severity of the fungal infection and whether or not your doctor will cooperate in prescribing one of these antifungals.
Natural Anti-Fungals:
Rotate the natural antifungals that you use. Do not use more than one at a time for best results.
Step Five - Replace the Good Bacteria
It is imperative to replace the good bacteria in your intestines and then stay away from those things that disrupt the balance, such as antibiotics and other immune suppressants. (Work with your doctor here, there are times when an antibiotic is the best choice but this is most likely a rare event. I am in no way indicating that one should never take an antibiotic or that this program is a substitute for necessary medical care).
Using a probitoic such as Natren Healthy Trinity/Trenev Trio is very effective, and was a large contributor to my getting healthy and whole.
There may be other steps along your journey to feeling good, being healthy, and reversing disease, but this is where to start and the benefits are tremendous.
