Results You should start to notice a change within the first week. Everybody is different - so there is no set time as to how long it will take to completely get the fungus out of your system. What seems to be best is to take a full dose of anti-fungal (one with each meal) for a few weeks - every few months. Taking the same anti-fungal for a long period of time makes them less effective because the fungus gets smart and learns to "hide." That is why it is suggested alternating between Caprylic Acid, Olive Leaf and UGN and Apple Cider Vinegar & Odorless Garlic, and why it is suggested you discontinue each of them from time to time. Probiotics should also be taken occasionally.
*Take two (2) tablets on an empty stomach once daily. Allow 20-30 minutes before eating.
*Take one (1) scoop of Flaxium one to two times daily; or Psyllium three (3) to four (4) capsules one to two times daily with at least 8 oz. of water or other fluids, followed by at least 8 oz. of additional water or fluids. *Many people prefer to take Flaxium or Psyllium at night as it works better when they are sleeping, but you may choose to take them during the day. Note...If you haven't taken dietary fibers in the past, you may want to start slow (i.e. two (2) capsules of Psyllium one to two times daily or 1/2 scoop of Flaxium one to two times daily) and work up to the recommended dosage. If choosing Green Sweep - Take one tablespoon once or twice daily. For best results mix with water or juice and take on an empty stomach.
